Assisted this nonprofit youth services agency to three important areas. Shifted Board focus from reducing overhead to a growth strategy, which enabled national expansion and reduced cost per youth served. We coached the leadership team to achieve higher levels of productivity and improve interpersonal relationships, including improving conflict management skills. We also worked hand-in-hand with the leadership team to create their performance management system using the Balanced Scorecard framework.
